In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Hun is the ethereal soul that lives in the Liver by day and travels through the dreamworld at night. It governs vision, creativity, direction, and the soul’s capacity to move forward in life.

When the Liver is burdened, we may feel shame, guilt, anger, and the Hun cannot fly.

✨The Po, corporeal soul of the Lungs
✨The Yi, intellect soul of the Spleen
✨The Zhi, the will power soul of the Kidneys

Together they form the complete picture of what it means to be a living, breathing, feeling human being.
