🌿 Good things begin in the garden. 🤍

Today, we pulled fresh horseradish from the soil—roots we planted, tended, and watched grow—so it could make its way into our upcoming Fire C***r Workshop. 🌱

There’s something magical about following an ingredient from garden bed to workshop table. First comes the dirt beneath our fingernails, then the earthy bite of freshly harvested roots, and finally the chance to transform them into something nourishing, warming, and made by hand.

At the workshop, these garden-grown ingredients will become part of your own fire c***r jar, alongside fresh herbs, citrus, spices, and a little intention. You’ll chop, stir, blend, and create something that carries the story of where it began.

From our garden to your hands—and from your hands to your fire c***r jar. 🌿🍯

Come experience the journey with us at the Fire C***r Workshop. Gather around the table, get your hands in the mix, and leave with a jar made by you, a deeper connection to the ingredients, and a little warmth to carry home. We’d love to create with you. 🤍✨ ***r

There’s something really special about making your own fire c***r. And that’s why Joy and I have decided to have a little workshop Sunday, October 18 to build your own. 🌿🍎🍯

It’s more than combining herbs, roots, spices, and apple c***r vinegar in a jar. It’s about slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and creating something with your own hands.

When you make your own fire c***r, you get to:

🍃 Choose your ingredients. You know exactly what’s going into your jar, and you can customize the flavors to your liking.

🧄 Learn traditional herbal wisdom. Fire c***r connects us to generations of people who used ingredients from their gardens and kitchens in their everyday wellness routines.

🍯 Create with intention. There’s something meaningful about taking the time to prepare something for yourself rather than simply buying it off a shelf.

🌶️ Experience the transformation. Over several weeks, those individual ingredients infuse into the vinegar, creating a bold, warming, flavorful tonic.

🤎 Share the experience. Making fire c***r together brings people back to something we’ve lost a little of—gathering, learning, sharing stories, and creating with our hands.

✨ And perhaps the most beautiful part?

You’re not just making fire c***r. You’re learning a skill, embracing a tradition, and creating something you can feel proud of.

Sometimes the most meaningful things we make aren’t complicated. They simply require good ingredients, a little patience, and the intention to create something special.

And that, to us, is the magic of making your own fire c***r. 🍂🤎 ***r JOY Newtown PA✨🫶

❤️ A Little Love for a Local Favorite! ❤️

I threw together a last-minute, impromptu open house today and, of course, had to make a stop at Bread & Butter to pick up some delicious treats for my customers!

And as always, they did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious! 😋

If you haven’t stopped in lately, do yourself a favor and pop by. You won’t leave empty-handed!

Thank you, Bread & Butter, for helping me treat my customers today! Everyone loved your goodies just as much as we do!

There’s something special about small businesses supporting small businesses. ❤️

You know what I LOVE most???? 🙃

Working my ass off all day, pouring my heart, soul, time, and energy into my small business. Creating products I’m proud of, sourcing quality ingredients, and doing everything I can to give my customers the very best.

And then, after a long, productive day, I finally sit down, check my notifications, and find THIS little love note from Meta.

Apparently, Herb & Hive is no longer worthy of being recommended to new people.

Well, isn’t that special? 🙄

And you know what I think?

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that small businesses like mine work so hard to build something meaningful, only to have an algorithm decide whether we’re worthy of being seen.

No explanation in this notification. No real understanding of what we’ve supposedly done wrong. Just another roadblock.

Here’s what Meta doesn’t understand.

Herb & Hive wasn’t built by an algorithm.

It was built with hard work, passion, integrity, and a whole lot of love. And most importantly, it was built by YOU.

Every customer, every recommendation, every shared post, every kind word, and every person who believes in what I do.

YOU are the reason Herb & Hive continues to grow.

So, Meta, while you might control who gets to see my page, you certainly don’t control the relationships I’ve built or the community that stands behind this little business.

And THAT is something your algorithm will never understand.

To my Herb & Hive family, thank you for being the best part of this journey. 🤍🌿🍄‍🟫

And if you feel like giving Meta’s algorithm a little nudge, share this post. Apparently, we could use the help. 😂 🖕🏼

✨ YUM just got an upgrade! ✨

Our new YUM formula starts circulating tomorrow!

The old formula contained 10mg Delta-9. We’ve upgraded it to:

🍃 10mg Delta-9
🍃 10mg C*D Isolate

And the best part? Same price. 😉

The addition of C*D creates a more balanced cannabinoid profile and may change how the experience feels, so if you’re used to the original YUM, start with your usual—or even a smaller—serving and see how the new formula feels for you.

Same YUM. A little extra something. 😉

You’re welcome. ✨

Friends, I am home! 🤍 And there’s something I really want to share with you all. I’m pretty sure this is going to completely surprise the two women I’m tagging in this post. And it’s going to be a long post.

First, Katra…

I truly believe Spirit pushed us together because, in some crazy way, we needed each other. You make me stop. You make me listen. And if you know me, you know I do that for very few people. 😂

You were also adamant that I spend some time with Joy when I was going through some “health” issues.

Enter Joy…

My friend. My Reiki Master. My healing guide.

I spent 60 years doing life without you, and now I’m honestly not sure how I did it.

Time on your table, our one-on-one conversations and friendship, but especially the sound baths, have changed something in me. I’ve shared that with you before, but I’m not sure I’ve ever been able to fully explain just how deeply.

Those experiences made me feel called to be more. To do more. To tap into something deeper. And through all of it, you’ve been right there, quietly being one of my biggest cheerleaders.

Years ago, Katra led me to the crystal bowls. I play them alone, in private settings and sometimes simply on a whim. But something shifted for me at the Lions Gate Portal event.

I couldn’t settle in.

Not because anything was wrong, but because something inside me was saying, there’s more.

I wanted to do more. I wanted to learn more. And I wanted to help other people experience even a little of what I feel during a sound bath.

And then there was the Native flute…

That sound just filled my soul. 🤍

Shortly before Bryon and I left for our trip, I went to lunch with Joy and told her I felt called to pick up a Native flute and give it a try. I played clarinet in middle and high school, so maybe there was still a little wind-instrument girl hiding in there somewhere. 😂

Of course, Joy was nothing but supportive. She even suggested that this could become something I collect along our travels.

Well… here I go. 🪈✨

The only pictures from last week’s adventure that I didn’t share were the ones of me playing with my flute. And if you made it this far, the rest of this post is in the comments. 🤍✨
