Our Crystallized Ginger Mushroom Honey has been getting so much love, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you to everyone who grabbed a jar and to those patiently waiting for the next batch.

We’re heading off for some much-needed family time, vacation, and adventures, but I promise we’ll be back in the kitchen crafting more as soon as we return.

This is what it looks like when you shop small and ask for something truly special. ✨🍯

One of my favorite parts of what I do is creating custom products for people I know and care about. This little jar was made for a birthday celebration and is as unique as the person receiving it.

We are headed home after an incredible week exploring the Oregon Trail and learning all about the journey of Lewis and Clark. It was such an amazing experience and truly a trip we will never forget.

We’ll only be home for a short time before heading out again for a quick family visit. If you need anything before June 6, please reach out! We may only be gone a week, but I don’t want anyone going without something they may need. ❤️

Happy Memorial Day, Friends ❤️🤍💙

Just wanted to jump on and send so much love your way today.

This trip has honestly felt a little like a pilgrimage… sharing healing energy, connection, kindness, and love with the people we meet along the way. ✨

We’re surrounded by such an amazing group of people on this journey, and it’s been incredibly special connecting with those who are open to what I do. The stories, conversations, hugs, and moments of genuine human connection have filled my heart in ways I can’t even explain.

And honestly… some of these couples have joked with Bryon that they want to adopt me. 😂❤️ If you know anything about the estrangement and shifts I’ve experienced within my immediate family over the last couple years, you know comments like that hit a little differently. But today is about gratitude, connection, and focusing on the beautiful people life places in our path.

This Memorial Day weekend feels especially meaningful as we travel aboard an American Cruise Lines riverboat surrounded by veterans — listening to stories, sharing laughter, and reflecting on the sacrifices made for our freedom.

There’s something incredibly special about honoring this holiday while journeying through the very landscapes that helped shape our country’s history. We are beyond grateful for the brave men and women who served and sacrificed so we could enjoy moments like these with the people we love.

To all veterans, active military, and the families who stand beside them — thank you. Your courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten. ❤️🤍💙
