The Healing Sanctuary is an award-winning wellness center providing holistic services in Exton, PA. The center is a tranquil, immersive, nature-filled environment designed for relaxation, mindfulness, and safe space to heal. Services include: massage therapy (corrective, relaxation, lymphatic, TMJ & Jaw, scar work, perinatal), Reiki energy healing, mindfulness, breathwork, sound healing, health coaching, and clinical hypnotherapy. We provide turn-key flexible room rentals for other health and holistic practitioners. Current in-house partners include: acupuncture, pelvic floor PT, homeopathy, and somatic experiencing. Have you ever attended one of our Sound Baths and thought to yourself, “I want to learn how to do that too!”
Now you can! On Saturday October 17th from 11 AM -4PM our amazing Sound Healer, Michael, will be teaching a hands on workshop about the art of sound healing. This is a welcoming space to learn, experience, and ask any questions you may have. Spots are limited for this workshop to improve one on one time for each attendee. “Amazing!”, “Wow!”, the surprise….and then the smile. It’s an unforgettable, full-body experience to stand in a singing bowl and feel sound move through you.

When played on or near the body, you not only hear sound through your ears, but also feel it as vibration via skin, bones and organs. Low frequency, sustained vibrations (like those of the large deep toned singing bowl) help to promote deep relaxation and parasympathetic activation.

Free of charge every 2nd Tuesday of the month, a holistic healing session, 5:30-7:00 pm. Let someone else care for you. Rest a while in a community that understands what you are going through and how much support you need. Provided by The Healing Sanctuary at Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology - Newtown Square location through the generosity of Miles For Marc.
