Try something different than the bar on a Friday! Join Integrative Haven Jen Norton and me for this really intelligent workshop that explores the anatomy of breath (and how to reduce dementia!), pelvic floor strength (any post partum friends out there?) and somatic movement (that hip still agitating you?)
All levels are welcome. All topics will surely improve your movement practice, whether you it’s vinyasa, yin, or cross fit.

At EFY, our YTT (next round begins October 9th) investigates more than just asana and sound bowls, we dive deeply into the spacial medicine that keeps the greatest machine ever created, your body, in balance and working well on all levels, from skin to viscera. Join Jami next week Wednesday 6am-6:45am for an express flow (before the kids wake up!) and Thursday 8:45-9:45am (after you drop the kids off!). Jami is one of a kind and always gives 100% to all her life practices 🙏

For nearly 17 years yoga has been a steady companion in Jami’s life, offering grounding, perspective, and connection through life’s many seasons. Inspired by the transformative impact of her own practice, she completed her 200-hour teacher training through Evenflow Yoga and now shares yoga with others through thoughtful, accessible classes. Drawing on her background in education, Jami creates supportive spaces where students of all experience levels can explore movement, breath, and mindfulness without pressure or expectation. Her teaching honors the rich traditions of yoga, while making the practice approachable and relevant for modern life. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and self-inquiry, she invites students to cultivate steadiness, presence, and connection both on and off the mat.
