Known as a microsystem, the ear contains points that correspond to different organs, muscles, and functions throughout the body. This principle is the foundation of auricular (ear) acupuncture, a practice used worldwide to support stress relief, pain management, sleep, addiction recovery, and overall wellness.

Many practitioners also use ear seeds, which are tiny beads placed on specific ear points that can be gently pressed throughout the day to support treatment between visits.
