It is a bittersweet day here in the rehab department as we say our goodbyes to two of our PTA's.
Stephanie has been with us for the past 3 years! We send our best wishes to her as she moves and begins new in Iowa! Good Luck!
Natalie has been with us for under a year as a traveler. We send best wishes as she continues on in Nebraska.
They each have left their mark, and this place won't be the same without them!

If you see Stephanie or Natalie, today give them your biggest goodbye!
We wish you guys nothing but success in your next chapters!

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Their courage and service will never be forgotten.

In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th.

We will reopen and resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

Help us honor the brave this Memorial Day! Community Hospital – Fairfax would like to honor those who gave their lives in defense of freedom.
