I eliminate dairy from my meals and my clients meal plans entirely because it causes serious digestive discomfort. But we are human and are going to enjoy eating some cheese from time-to-time. Here’s how to eat it responsibly:

🌿 Rule 1: Pair dairy with other animal protein (diced chicken) and with non-starchy vegetables (organic arugula and beets). By skipping the starchy carbs, you’ll avoid the post-meal bloat.
