Crossing the T H R E S H O L D 🔥

Last Saturday, on 8/8, I had the honor of assisting my best friend and soul sister Rachel Benyair with her Solar Feminine Lionsgate retreat, which she lovingly crafted and facilitated for 11 beautiful souls in Chester, CT.

It was an exquisite event, and I was lucky enough to wear multiple hats throughout the day:

🌟 As an assistant facilitator, a supportive presence, and a Divine Love emissary for all who attended.

🌟 As a participant, experiencing my own moments of insight, transformation, and activation as I welcomed in a new and poweful version of myself.

🌟 As a loving witness to my best friend of 27 years, who on that day stood in her fullest expression and crossed a threshold, anchoring in her highest and most expansive timeline.

The energy throughout the day was absolutely palpable, for all of us. Perhaps you can feel it too, as you look through the photos.

Today, the Lionsgate portal closes. This year's window was certainly most powerful one I've ever experienced.

Joy is all around us.
Magic is all around us.
Lightness is all around us.
Grace is all around us.
Divine Love is all around us.

These are not fleeting moments or passing states of being... they are frequencies.

The invitation for each of us is this: can we choose to tune into to these frequencies and see the gifts that are right in front of us?

Many times that means clearing away the density and distractions that we've built our lives around. It's not necessarily easy, but when you do, you gain access to the deeper truth that has been there all along... just waiting to be seen.

These are photos from my walk this morning, a path I travel nearly every day. And still, each morning reveals something new. A shimmer of light through the trees. A feather. A wildflower I hadn't noticed before. A moment that whispers: Pay attention. I'm here.

The magic isn't rare or reserved for a chosen few.

It's our presence that makes it visible.

Every day, I'm humbled by these simple moments of awe. Every day, they return me to myself. ✨

My wish for you is that today, even for just a moment, you remember that these frequencies are available to you, too. 💛

This is one of the clearest explanations I've come across of how consciousness shapes our experience of reality... and why people often feel different after an energy healing session, even when nothing in their external world has changed.

Whether or not energy healing is part of your path, this perspective is worth considering.

Yesterday's workshop, Recalibrating Into Alignment with the Energy of Your Business, was one of those experiences that reminds me why I do this work.

The group that came together had such a sense of honesty, a willingness to speak what is real and true for them. They understood that there's courage in asking the questions, not just in finding the answers. And in surrendering to what is unfolding with trust, humility and hope.

What I also felt was the power of presence. When people show up (having carved out the time amidst their busy lives and a thousand demands that could have pulled them elsewhere) and open themselves to authentic connection with others, its palpable and profound.

I am inspired... something new is stirring. More to come soon. 💛

In the meantime, I am deeply grateful to the luminous souls who said yes and showed up fully yesterday, both for themselves and each other.
