I am now an official certified TRE provider! Thanks to all of my volunteers who have helped me through this training process. I am offering in person and online sessions, for individuals and small groups. Also looking for a studio space for TRE, so stay tuned for updates. Share with any friends or family that might be interested in this body-based therapeutic practice for reducing stress patterns caused by chronic tension and/or trauma. Join us as we celebrate International Day of Yoga with teachers from Village Yoga Kindred Yoga Above & Beyond: Yoga & Salt Soul Shine Yoga and lululeSoul Shine Yogaage alululemons for 108 Sun Salutations on the Fairhope Municipal Pier.

Whether you complete all 108 or simply come to move, breathe, and be part of the energy, this practice is about community, intention, and connection. Bring your mat, your water, and your people 💙

I'm in my final weeks of the TRE training and I need 2 separate volunteers to commit to 6 - one-on-one weekly sessions. Reach out if you are interested in more details. These volunteers will need to complete a weekly followup form and a final (end of 6 sessions) summary form. Message, text, or email me if interested. Sessions can be in person (Coastal Alabama) or via Zoom.
