I am now an official certified TRE provider! Thanks to all of my volunteers who have helped me through this training process. I am offering in person and online sessions, for individuals and small groups. Also looking for a studio space for TRE, so stay tuned for updates. Share with any friends or family that might be interested in this body-based therapeutic practice for reducing stress patterns caused by chronic tension and/or trauma. The link to my webpage and the TRE Global website are in the comments, if you'd like more information on this practice.
