Pamela Neitenbach, LMT, HHP

Pamela Neitenbach, LMT, HHP Experience a blend of holistic modalities through massage therapy and bodywork. The evolution of one’s career is never ending and always evolving.

Since attending the University of Colorado Boulder for music and going on to receive a degree in Culinary Arts from the University of Hawaii; Pamela has been on a path of assisting people in healing themselves. Upon starting her family farm in 2007, which focuses on growing medicinal herbs and vegetables, she turned her attention to the healing arts. Pamela attended the Great Lakes School of Integ

rative Medicine where she received her Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner degree. As a Holistic Health Practitioner, Pamela has acquired training and certifications in various modalities such as (but not limited to) Polarity Therapy, Elemental Reflexology, Integrative Systems/Frequency Healing, Biodynamic Craniosacral and Herbal Education. While finishing this degree, Pamela attended and graduated from the Ohio College of Massotherapy where she studied Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Massage. Pamela also teaches hands on medicinal herb classes pertaining to different conditions. Please contact her if interested in scheduling a class. Pamela’s goal is to assist the client in healing themselves. A blend of modalities are used in each session according to the client’s needs and wants. Each individual is different so each session should be approached in this way.

This quote I saw today is so true! "The moment we make someone else our guru is the moment we give our power away to them."

Something important to remember is to surround yourself with people who inspire. Those people are the ones that make us remember that we have everything we need inside of us to live our greatest lives!

Structure and function are interdependent within the body. The musculoskeletal structure of the body affects function and function affects structure. Both can be adversely altered by stress or trauma. Massage therapy and bodywork can help restore healthy structure and function, thereby allowing better circulation, greater ease of movement, wider range of movement, more flexibility, and the release of chronic patterns of tension.
