Today, we moved for the women fighting, celebrated the survivors, and honored those we carry in our hearts.

A big congratulations to our Member of the Month, Raquel Crespo, and everyone hitting their 100 and 200 Club milestones! Every workout represents another day you showed up for yourself. 👏

Erin has been a longtime member of our Fit Formula family. She knows the people, the energy, and what makes this place so special. Now I’m excited for you to experience her on the other side of the room, leading class! 💪
