📢FAQ Friday📢
Question: Should I use ice or heat on my injury?
Answer: The general rule: 🧊ice🧊 for new injuries, 🔥heat🔥 for chronic pain. If something happened in the last 48–72 hours and there’s swelling, redness, or heat coming off the area, use ice for 15–20 minutes to reduce inflammation. If your pain is ongoing: a stiff neck, achy back, or tight muscles that have bothered you for weeks, heat helps relax tissue and increase blood flow. When in doubt, ask your Therapist. Applying the wrong one won’t cause serious harm, but the right choice will speed up your recovery!
