This Saturday we're going to start the morning at the S&K Farm Market along with other livestock producers offering samples of local pasture raised meats.

Come on out and sample lamb tacos topped with microgreens from our friends at Good Seeds Farms.

Busy day getting things ready for the market, and here are some pics...

We have 6 bundle deals this week:

3 different Breakfast Bundles available with options like baby links, patties, and bulk ground in a variety of flavors (maple, hot, medium)

A Chorizo Bundle which is 3 packs of some awesome ground chorizo with a kick

Pork Chop Bundle which has three (3) 2-packs of 3/4" bone in cuts. These are grill ready for the weekend

Finally, it's BYOBB where you get to choose between habanero mango, green hatch chili, and bacon cheddar brats. So get to the market early to build your own Bratwurst Bundle for Memorial Day (limited supply)

All meat is pasture raised right here on the farm, and comes to you in frozen vacuum sealed packaging
