Here’s a one-of-one custom black and gray realism full-back project I’ve been designing.

The centerpiece is Saint Martina of Rome, a Christian martyr who refused to renounce her faith and was ultimately beheaded. I also incorporated Pietro da Cortona, the artist who painted Saint Martina, into the background, along with Christ above her, the men surrounding her, the lion, and darker elements toward the bottom.

This is a large-scale custom project that would take around 5–7 sessions to complete, telling a powerful story of faith, sacrifice, persecution, and strength across the entire back.
