Doula Education Day at Highland Hospital was such a full-circle moment for me. 🥹💜

Shoutout to Danni Jo✨ and the team for putting together such a great day. We learned, toured the hospital, and participated in a postpartum hemorrhage simulation.

What made it even more special? I had a connection with EVERYONE in the simulation!
The “patient” was a doula I trained. Dr. Repich and I attended a birth together 6 years ago. Dr. Pressman, and I have now done two simulations together. And I worked with Dr. Smith when she was a resident 10 years ago.

Life really has a way of bringing things full circle. Grateful for opportunities like this to keep learning and growing alongside people I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout my journey.

Also, shoutout to the doulas for investing in their craft!

This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of serving as a panel speaker for the very first Culture Broker Summit. But before I get to that, let’s rewind to a year ago.

I attended Krystle’s Business Etiquette Mastery Course, a six-month experience that included several workshops and a graduation. During that time, Krystle stretched me, challenged me, and encouraged me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. She helped lay a beautiful foundation for me to see my business with fresh vision and a new perspective.

So when she reached out and asked me to serve on the panel for the summit this year, I have to be honest, I didn’t feel worthy enough. BUT GOD! I am so glad I said yes. This entire summit shifted something in my spirit. I left feeling inspired, encouraged, and even more committed to moving forward in purpose.

Andrew, thank you for breaking down the ISPI tool and helping us better understand our strengths.
