If you've been considering GroupKAP, this is a great time to take the next step.

We have extended early registration for our July 2026 cohort through June 20th.

GroupKAP combines ketamine assisted psychotherapy with preparation, integration, and the healing potential of intentional group connection. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), participants are supported in exploring patterns, protective strategies, and emotional challenges that may be keeping them stuck.

Many participants find that the combination of medicine, community, preparation, and integration creates opportunities for meaningful and lasting change.

July cohort preparation sessions begin July 15th.
If you've been curious about whether GroupKAP may be right for you, we encourage you to apply or reach out with questions before early registration closes on June 20th.

Healing can feel isolating.

Many people spend years trying to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or life transitions on their own.

What often surprises participants in Group Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is how powerful it can be to heal alongside others.

The medicine is one part of the experience.

Feeling seen.
Feeling understood.
Feeling connected.

Those moments often become an important part of the healing process.

Our next GroupKAP cohort begins in July, and registration is currently open.

GroupKAP includes:
• Comprehensive preparation sessions
• Three facilitated group medicine days
• Integration support
• A small cohort experience designed to foster safety, connection, and growth

If you've been considering this work, now is a good time to learn more and see whether this cohort feels right for you.
Spaces are limited.

Many people assume the workshop experience is where the work begins.

In reality, preparation is an important part of the process.

Before participants attend a GroupKAP workshop, they meet with facilitators to learn about the experience, ask questions, discuss intentions, and develop a clearer understanding of what to expect.

Preparation can help participants:
• Feel more informed about the process
• Understand how ketamine assisted psychotherapy works
• Clarify personal goals and intentions
• Build trust and connection with facilitators
• Enter the workshop experience with greater confidence

Creating safety and support begins long before the workshop itself.

That's one reason GroupKAP includes preparation, workshop experiences, and integration support as part of the program.

Applications are currently being accepted for the July cohort.

Some experiences change us in a moment.

The real work often happens afterward.

Integration is the process of making sense of what we've learned, noticing what is shifting, and exploring how those insights can be carried into everyday life.

Many people enter healing work hoping for answers.
What they often discover is a deeper relationship with themselves.

Sometimes that looks like more self compassion.

Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary.

Sometimes it looks like sitting with emotions that once felt impossible to face.

Healing is rarely about a single breakthrough.

More often, it unfolds through small moments of awareness that continue long after the workshop ends.

What is one practice that helps you feel grounded when life feels overwhelming?

Thinking About GroupKAP? Here Are a Few Common Questions.

One of the questions we hear most often is whether people feel nervous before participating.

The answer is yes, many do.

Trying something new can bring uncertainty, which is why GroupKAP includes preparation sessions before the workshop experience begins. Participants have opportunities to ask questions, learn about the process, and develop a clearer understanding of what to expect.

Our cohorts are intentionally kept small, typically 5 to 9 participants, creating a supportive environment where participants can feel seen and supported throughout the experience.

The program also includes integration support after the workshops, helping participants process their experience and explore ways to carry insights forward into daily life.

If you've been curious about GroupKAP and would like to learn more, we invite you to visit www.GroupKAP.com or send us a message with your questions.

Applications are currently being accepted for upcoming cohorts.

Healing does not always happen in isolation.

Many participants describe a powerful shift that comes from being in a space where others understand parts of their experience. Being witnessed with compassion can create opportunities for insight, connection, and growth.

At GroupKAP, preparation, the ketamine experience, and integration are all held within a supportive therapeutic framework designed to help participants feel grounded and cared for throughout the process.

Safety, connection, and meaningful integration remain at the center of the work.

Our July cohort is currently accepting applications.

What Makes GroupKAP Different?

Ketamine can create opportunities for insight and healing.

What often determines lasting change is what happens before and after the medicine experience.

Our GroupKAP model includes:
• Preparation sessions before treatment
• Small cohort support
• Facilitated ketamine experiences
• Structured integration sessions
• An emphasis on healing in relationship

We believe healing is strengthened through connection, reflection, and intentional integration.

Applications are open for our July cohort.

Healing doesn't always arrive as a dramatic breakthrough.

Sometimes it shows up as a little more space to breathe.

A moment of self compassion.

A new perspective on an old story.

A deeper sense of connection to yourself or the people around you.

Meaningful change often happens through small shifts that unfold over time.

This is one reason integration matters so much. Experiences become more meaningful when we have space to reflect on them, understand them, and carry what we've learned into everyday life.

If you've been curious about exploring deeper healing work in a supportive community setting, applications are currently open for our July GroupKAP cohort.
