Many people begin this work believing they need to push harder to heal.

What we often see instead is the importance of creating enough safety to finally slow down and listen.

Integration is rarely about forcing change.

It often begins with learning how to stay present with yourself differently.

Our upcoming July Group KAP cohort is designed to support that process through preparation, guided ketamine sessions, and ongoing integration within a structured therapeutic community.

If you have been feeling called toward this work, you can learn more about the upcoming cohort at www.groupkap.com

Feeling nervous about GroupKAP is completely normal.

Many participants arrive with questions about:
• what to expect
• emotional vulnerability
• group dynamics
• preparation
• safety
• integration afterward

That’s why the process includes preparation sessions, small cohort structure, facilitated workshop days, and ongoing integration support.

The intention is to create a grounded, supportive experience where participants feel informed and emotionally supported throughout the process.

The upcoming GroupKAP cohort begins in July.

Questions and uncertainty are welcome here.

Many people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional overwhelm also experience a deep sense of isolation and disconnection.

One of the most meaningful aspects of GroupKAP is the opportunity to move through this work inside a supportive and carefully facilitated group environment.

In this reflection, Ted shares why connection, community, and feeling emotionally supported can play such an important role in the healing process.

“If you’re not connected to other humans, you’re in trouble.”

Our upcoming July GroupKAP Intensive includes:
• virtual preparation sessions
• small group ketamine workshops
• integration support
• a grounded, emotionally safe environment designed for reflection and connection

July cohort registration is now open.

If you feel called to explore this work, you can learn more or apply through the link in our bio/website, or send us a direct message with questions.

GroupKAP was intentionally designed to create a smaller, grounded cohort experience rooted in preparation, emotional safety, and integration.

Healing happens differently when it happens in relationship.

This July, Ted Riskin and Amy Borskey Duffer are facilitating a new GroupKAP Intensive in Asheville, NC.

GroupKAP is a small cohort ketamine assisted psychotherapy experience designed to support preparation, deep therapeutic work, and intentional integration within a supportive group environment.

The intensive includes:
• virtual preparation sessions
• 3 ketamine workshop days
• guided integration support

Cohorts are intentionally kept small to foster emotional safety, reflection, connection, and meaningful therapeutic work.

Many people arrive feeling isolated in their struggles.
There is something deeply powerful about being witnessed, supported, and understood alongside others on a healing path.

Early registration pricing is available through June 15.

We couldn’t be more honored to bring this model to our community and create spaces for healing, connection, and transformation to unfold.

This work is intimate, carefully held, and intentionally small so that every participant receives the attention and care they deserve.

Our Spring cohort is happening in April, and only a few spots remain. Reach out anytime to ask questions, talk through what the experience involves, or simply get a feel for whether this container may be right for you. 💜

Applications are now open for our Spring GroupKAP cohort.

GroupKAP is a legal, ketamine-assisted group experience designed to support deep healing and self-discovery. Our program is informed by Internal Family Systems, nature immersion in a peaceful woodland creekside setting, thoughtfully curated music, creative expression, and robust preparation and integration support.

We offer three guided ketamine journeys, held with intention and care, allowing participants to work with the neuroplasticity the medicine opens and gently integrate the insights that emerge.

Our participants consistently report that one of the most healing aspects of this model is the group container itself. Through GroupKAP, community becomes a form of medicine. In addition to making this work more financially accessible, the true gift is connection. In an increasingly isolated and divided world, healing in community restores our sense of belonging and shared humanity, reminding us that we are not meant to walk this path alone. Besides, isn't this how humans have journeyed through the ages?

Many therapists and healing professionals have also joined to experience the group model firsthand.

10 more days before early registration ends for our fall cohort.

After 3.5 years of offering GroupKAP, we are noticing four distinct ways that it can impact our participants.

1. Ketamine is an effective and fast-acting anti-depressant that can make a difference when other medications have not.

2. Ketamine generates neuroplasticity, meaning that your brain is open for re-wiring for at least several days after each session. Our program is designed to make the most of that window.

3. In a safe and comfortable space, supported by music that synergizes with the medicine, you may have profound insights into your life and reality, along with clarity about what you want to change. Our integration time helps to lock in those behavioral changes.

4. Most trauma occurs in an interpersonal context. Spending time with other people in a honest way, supported by trained therapists, can transform expectations about how others will meet you in the world, leading to more harmonious relationships.

Hi all,

After 3.5 years of offering GroupKAP, we are noticing four distinct ways that it can impact our participants.

Ketamine is an effective and fast-acting anti-depressant that can make a difference when other medications have not.

Ketamine generates neuroplasticity, meaning that your brain is open for re-wiring for at least several days after each session. Our program is designed to make the most of that window.

Most trauma occurs in an interpersonal context. Spending time with other people in a honest way, supported by trained therapists, can transform expectations about how others will meet you in the world, leading to more harmonious relationships.

This is the last call for our upcoming GroupKAP September intensive. We still have space left, and we would rather include more people in this experience than let those spaces go unfilled. We do have scholarship funds available.

If you have any questions or general curiosity, reply here to let us know.

All of the details are at www.groupkap.com.

Many thanks,
Amy, Ted & Sarah
