What is Contrast Therapy?
It’s the intentional practice of alternating between heat and cold to support recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being.
At Bath-Hause, there’s no pressure and no competition—just time to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
Heat. Cold. Restore. Repeat.

The vision is becoming real… and we can’t wait to show you what’s behind these walls.

**The journey continues. The reveal is getting closer.**

There are 2 minds bringing this establishment to life here is one side of their story.

My first visit to a Japanese bathhouse was unforgettable. Stepping into the warm waters, moving between hot and cold, and just slowing down in that calm space gave me a sense of renewal I hadn’t experienced before. It wasn’t just about relaxation—it was about connection, presence, and care for the body and mind. That experience has stayed with me and sparked a dream: to one day create something similar, a place where others can find the same peace and restoration I felt. -V
