What’s Emily been up to?
A lot — all focused on bringing even better care to my clients.
I’ve been expanding my understanding of the body and nervous system through neuroscience and neuroplasticity courses that explore how the brain shapes pain, tension, and healing — and how simple shifts in neural processing can create meaningful change in the body.
I’m also incredibly honored to have been invited by Julian Baker (UK) to be a founding member of his new Transformative Anatomy program — a whole‑body approach to anatomy that integrates structure, movement, and the nervous system in a way that truly changes how we understand the body.
I’ve also begun training at the New England School of Homeopathy. Homeopathy has been an interest of mine for years, and I appreciate its focus on individualized symptoms and whole‑body patterns, which gives me another lens that naturally complements my Bowen work.
What started as curiosity about why Bowen works has become a deeper journey into how the nervous system drives so many of the issues people struggle with — and how many pathways we have to support change.
Bowen is a powerful neuromuscular therapy, and understanding how the nervous system and fascial network respond to stress, tension, and old postural patterns allows me to support clients in creating real, sustainable improvement.
If you’re curious about Bowen, or you’re ready for a therapy that works with your body’s natural ability to change, I’d love to support you.
