Comfort and function play an important role in how pediatric prosthesis users experience their devices. In this multi-center study of 52 children with unilateral lower limb amputation, perceived prosthetic comfort and functionality were independently associated with overall satisfaction, reinforcing the importance of patient-centered approaches that prioritize socket comfort and functional performance.
