Take a look at the reflection in the image of my photo. Just as the water mirrors the tree above, our external reality often acts as a mirror for our internal landscape—our subconscious beliefs, dominant thoughts, and chosen intentions.

When we change the "tree" (our internal world), the "reflection" (our outer life) must inevitably follow. Through the practice of hypnosis, we can consciously curate those thoughts and plant the seeds that manifest the reality you truly desire.
