A quick Sunday morning view into my aligned week, aligned month, aligned life practice.

Before my calendar fills, before everyone needs something, before I am responding to, not leading my life, I get aligned to what I want in the week, the month, my life.

I take a few minutes at the beginning of the week to pause and ask:

What matters this week?
How do I want to feel?
Where does my energy need to go?
What do I need to protect, release or make space for?

I know circumstances will change, block and even support in ways I didn’t see coming. That is life. Tuning into what we can work with is alignment.

This is the same practice I bring you in The Aligned Month.

We gather to pause. We clear some of the energetic noise. We look at the month ahead and reconnect with what matters. Then we move into it with intention rather than letting the month carry us along.

It is these small moments of alignment that supports our growth and our forward momentum.

Align to your week.
Align to your month.
And little by little, you begin to align your life.

Today, August 8, is the Lion’s Gate Portal, 8/8. This is a day associated with abundance, courage, expansion and stepping more fully into who you are becoming.

The sound of summer rain. The sight of drops on the table. The scent of morning, coffee, rain, flowers. The feel of a cool drop against your skin. The humidity. The wonder of it all.

Standing at the back door, slowing the Monday morning down just a bit, in full presence of the chaos and beauty of this life. Remarkable.
