A big thank you to everyone who came out for our 13th season of sunset beach yoga at Chapoquoit this summer! We ended on a high note last week (see pics below)! The rest of of the year, I can be found teaching a slow flow class at The Yoga Collaborative on Tuesday nights at 5:30. Hope to see you there 🧘‍♀️

Just 2 beach yoga nights left this summer! Tomorrow's weather looks great and it will be LOW tide. Photo is of me teaching in the water last week during the highest tide we've had in all the years we've been at chappy. Wild stuff, but beautiful as always!

After last week's rainout, tonight is shaping up to be one of the best of the summer! Bluebird skies, light breeze and 7 p.m. low tide. Sunset is at 8, so perfect for a post practice picnic or swim. See you at Chappy 6:30 p.m.
