This falls on my birthday tomorrow- June 20th. I have had a profound awareness of this karmic cycle starting on my 50th birthday during COVID lockdown. That summer I pivoted from starting an art and design business to leaning into my intuitive gifts by offering guided meditations and tarot readings and later pursuing certificates as a holistic coach, IFS practitioner, and starting Body & Soul Collective. My own work has been a cornerstone to my own growth and ability to live a happy and whole life even when my foundation is a little off kilter. Over the last month, the Universe has really ramped things to test me and ultimately show me how much I’ve grown spiritually, energetically and mindfully. Pulled my cards for 2026 this morning with the energy of the full moon around me. 2025 was focused on alignment- in my business, in my relationships, and in connection to my own Self energy. I shed what no longer served me and called in deep healing and professional growth. I spent 9 transformative months working with internal family systems, chakras, and legacy burdens under the expert guidance of IFS goddess Kay Gardner. During the fall I completed a training for ICF-certified coaches through the IFS Institute and in November I joined a cohort with Bob Falconer to explore the fascinating realm of unattached burdens and IFS. ✨🪄 Now in 2026 I am ready for ALIGNED ACTION. Bringing my learnings to my coaching clients, launching new content with and exploring the world with our BSC wellness retreats. 2026 here I come! Who’s coming with me?? spiritualguidance
