Bad news, Andrew is leaving us. He’s managed our Fargo store and he’s heading into the field he went to school for. Good news, his seat is open, and there is a massive opportunity.
Real training in leadership and people management, consultative selling, product and nutrition, and the business itself. Your numbers, your inventory, your marketing. The road at the end of it is owning your own store.
Who we’re looking for:
A builder. Relationships with customers, relationships in the community, real results in people’s lives.
Someone who genuinely cares about getting people results. People come in at a low point and you’re what happens next.
Entrepreneurial. You like trying things and finding out what works.
Sales experience. That’s the one thing we need you to bring.
Experience leading a team is a plus, not a requirement.
Everything else we teach you.
