Last night, Union General Hospital was proud to serve as the Title Sponsor of the 2026 Union Parish Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet, themed Simply Divine, as community leaders, businesses, organizations, and residents gathered to celebrate the individuals and accomplishments that make Union Parish such a special place to live and work.
The evening featured an inspiring keynote address by Mike Popowycz, CEO of Case Farms, and attendees were treated to a surprise appearance by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. Guests also enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by Mamoo's Catering, outstanding service from Frankie’s Banquet Service, specialty coffee from Grace & Grind Coffee Truck, and ice cream provided by Hudson Coffee.
Union General Hospital was especially proud to have our own Kendal Kimbell, Lymphedema Therapist, perform a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem. The evening was masterfully emceed by Justice Jay McCallum of the Louisiana Supreme Court.
