NOW HIRING: TRANSPORTATION DRIVER

The Union General Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is seeking a dependable and compassionate Transportation Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation services for patients participating in our program.

Responsibilities include:
• Safely transporting patients to and from approved destinations
• Assisting individuals with mobility needs
• Performing vehicle safety inspections
• Maintaining trip logs and records
• Ensuring a safe and positive experience for all passengers

Qualifications:
• Valid Louisiana Class D Chauffeur's License required
• Good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to assist passengers with mobility devices when needed

Union General Hospital is now accepting applications for an Assistant Chief Operating Officer (Assistant COO). The primary responsibility of the Assistant COO is to assist with overseeing the daily operations of the hospital and rural health clinic. This position works closely with the Administrative staff and Directors to complete projects, ensures regulations are followed, and monitors quality activities.

• Oversees the 340b Program, provides timely filing of required documentation, works with vendors, assists with the annual mock audit, and submits invoices to AP.
• Reviews all contracts and ensures all standards are met, consults with legal, and notifies AP of new vendors.
• Monitors departmental financials and assists in preparing annual budgets.
• Attends meetings, conferences, and other required events, including traveling out of state.

Education & Experience:

• Healthcare experience with progressive leadership experience required
• College degree preferred
• Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and decision making
