October is 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 (𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐀𝐌), a time to recognize the value, talent, skills, and contributions that people with disabilities bring to workplaces and communities every day.
This year’s theme, “Celebrating Value and Talent,” reminds us that meaningful employment is about more than opportunity. It is about recognizing each person’s abilities, creating inclusive workplaces, removing barriers, and giving everyone the opportunity to contribute and succeed.
At Precision LTC Pharmacy, we are proud to support and work alongside organizations that advocate for people with disabilities and help create pathways to greater independence, inclusion, and meaningful employment.
