Salted Stillness Retreat🐚🌊🧘🏼‍♀️

This weekend in Montauk was a much needed reminder of what can happen when we intentionally step away from the demands of daily life and create space to simply be.

Over the course of three days, we gathered by the ocean to move our bodies, quiet our minds, and reconnect with nature to cultivate a deeper sense of presence. Through mindful practices, meaningful conversations, and moments of stillness, we were able to slow down enough to hear ourselves again.

Witnessing this group embrace the experience with such openness, authenticity, and grace was truly inspiring. Thank you to every person who trusted Amanda and I to guide this journey.

These trips cannot happen without each of you!

Monday Nights:

💪🏼 5:30 pm - Mixed Training

A dynamic full-body workout that blends the precision of reformer pilates with the intensity of interval training. Start with 30 minutes on the reformer to lengthen and stabilize, then transition into 30 minutes of cardio and strength circuits using weights and core work for a balanced burn.

🧘🏼‍♀️ 6:30 pm - Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt combines flowing yoga sequences with longer sets and quicker movements for the perfect balance of stretch and sweat. Expect energizing flows, targeted core work, as well as lower and upper body strengthening. Designed to build endurance, improve mobility, and leave you feeling both grounded and present.

Stretching isn’t just about flexibility, it’s about feeling good in your body ✨

Stretching after your workouts, or after a long day, will make you feel much freer in your movements. Whether you were burning calories or sitting for too long, our bodies become stiff and stretching is the best solution.

Just 5-10 minutes a day can make a huge difference in how you move and how you feel. Tightness and tension in the body will lead to tightness and tension in the mind.

New class format at Babylon Barre — Pilates Apparatus 🔥

Reformer + Tower meet to give you a deep burn and an incredible stretch 💪🏼

The Reformer uses the pulley system and a moving carriage to control the springs, improving core strength, posture, and full-body muscle tone.

The Tower adds a deeper spring resistance requiring more control and incorporating the smaller stabilizing muscles.

Together, the Reformer and Tower create a balanced workout, allowing for deep stretching, spinal decompression, and improved flexibility, while also strengthening the entire body💫
