Balance issues can range from challenges when walking from one surface like a sidewalk, to another, like grass. It can also be unsteadiness when walking in a darker environment or when turning to look around your world. Vestibular Physical Therapists are trained at looking at all aspects of balance, fall risk, and helping to focus on the right exercises and activities to improve stability, reduce fall risk and help people return to their normal daily activity level.
