We’re expanding neurological care in Westland.

As MIND has grown beyond the space at our Dearborn Heights office, we’re opening a new, larger Westland Center designed to provide expanded access to neurological care and specialty services closer to home.

The new Westland location will offer:
• Infusion therapy services
• Expanded neurological care and diagnostics
• A larger, more modern facility
• Easier, accessible parking for patients and caregivers

As part of this growth, care currently provided in Dearborn Heights will transition to Westland, with the same trusted MIND provider team continuing to care for patients.

Opening this summer.

The typical journey for a migraine patient looks like this:
Doctor visits ➡️ Emergency rooms ➡️ Random prescriptions ➡️ Temporary relief ➡️ Repeat.

It’s exhausting, and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone.

For National Migraine & Headache Awareness Month, we’re highlighting a better path forward.

At MIND, our Headache & Facial Pain Center was designed to break that cycle by bringing everything you need together in a single, coordinated system:
Expertise: Fellowship-trained neurologists who specialize exclusively in advanced head and facial pain.
Advanced Therapies: From precise Botox regimens to targeted nerve blocks.
Rapid Relief: Dedicated, on-site infusion therapy designed for acute and chronic management.
A True Roadmap: Long-term, personalized management that adapts to your life, lifestyle, and triggers.

Because specialized neurological disorders deserve specialized neurological care.

Drop a 💜 if you’re fighting the migraine battle, or tag someone who needs to know they have options.

When a parent has younger-onset dementia, the whole family is affected.

It can feel like no one else understands what you're going through. But you're not alone.

MIND is proud to share a valuable resource from Lorenzo's House, a nonprofit that supports children, teens and young adults whose lives have been impacted by a parent's younger-onset dementia.

Their free virtual 2026 Global Youth Summit (June 12-13) connects young people from around the world who share similar experiences. It's a chance to find support, hear from others who truly understand, and be part of a community that gets it.

The event is completely self-paced, and everyone who registers will receive a post-event summary.

Investing in the future of MS care.

Members of the MIND MS Center recently attended the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers (CMSC) Annual Meeting, where healthcare professionals from across North America gathered to share research, clinical insights, and emerging approaches to multiple sclerosis care.

Representing MIND were Dr. Martin Belkin, Dr. Jon Doty, and Sarah Johnson, FNP-BC, MSCN. Throughout the conference, the team engaged with experts from across the field and explored the latest developments in MS diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.

At MIND, we believe staying at the forefront of neurological medicine helps us deliver the highest level of care to the individuals and families who trust us with their MS journey.

June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month

Millions of Americans are affected by Alzheimer's, and this month is a crucial time to learn
about early detection and risk reduction.

Changes in memory, communication, focus, or daily routines should not be ignored — especially when symptoms begin affecting everyday life.

Difficulty following conversations. Repeating questions. Increased confusion. Personality or behavioral changes. These neurological symptoms may signal a cognitive decline that deserves specialized evaluation.

At MIND, the Alzheimer’s Disease & Memory Disorders Center provides comprehensive neurological evaluation, advanced diagnostics, and coordinated care for patients experiencing memory and cognitive concerns.

Led by Dr. Jonathan Fellows, MIND helps patients and families better understand cognitive changes, identify potential neurological causes, and navigate next steps with experienced support.

Earlier neurological evaluation may help provide answers, guide treatment decisions, and support long-term brain health.
