Many hearts are awakening to deeper awareness around the food we eat, and more people are choosing a plant‑based path for the well‑being of body, mind, and spirit.

Throughout the summer, our Tao Transmitting Masters have lovingly guided us through activities that opened space for knowledge, growth, and the Joy of Plant‑Based Living.

In the coming days, on behalf of the Tao family, we will share some of our learnings about TOFU, along with a few easy nourishing tofu recipes—shared and prepared by Tao relatives during our first ever “Discover Tofu” event.

This recipe has only a few ingredients, simple and delicious - shared by Tao brother Ted.

密西根前賢分享一道簡易的「電鍋菇菇燉飯」：

1. 白米2 杯，藜麥1 杯洗淨，加4 杯水備用。
2. 兩種新鮮蘑菇，例如秀珍菇或鴻囍菇，也可用乾香菇泡軟。一杯菇切丁，用2 匙油炒香，加點鹽巴和糊椒粉。
3. 一缶椰子奶（coconut milk)
4. 一杯冷凍毛豆或青豆。

將1、2、3、4 一起放入電鍋內鍋，稍拌一拌，電鍋外鍋加入二杯水。壓下開關，45分鐘後，－鍋香噴噴營養的菇菇燉飯就完成了。
