July 11th/Sat. – Essential Oils class. This workshop will be led by Sharon Smith. It will focus on “a new start to a healthy life through Younifi Wellness Essential oils (aka Be Young). New updated research on 18 oils with ties to acupressure points and also those to support arthritis, will be covered.

It will run from 1:00 – 3:00. The cost will be $30 (cash or check) at the door.

Reservations required for planning purposes. A small supply of products will be available for purchase.

Sept. 12th/Sat. – “Eat Right for Your Blood Type” - This workshop summarizes the book by Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo.

Ever wonder why there are certain foods you dislike or like very much? Your Blood type may help explain part of your diet choices. Is the current food you are eating helpful to attain your ideal health? A fairly comprehensive table of the current blood types and various foods will be given as a handout. You may find this beneficial for your meal planning for yourself and your family.

This workshop will run from 1:00-3:00. The cost is $30 (cash or check at the door)
