White pine often reminds me of resilience created from a rooted yet flexible approach to daily life. This is a call to make friends with the true first spring greens- evergreens!
Tea berry is another beloved member of our herbal tea chest, one that I am always joyful to see melt out from the snows blanket.
As spring melt begins here in the North country
I am feeling grateful for these strong plant allies that overwinter.
remember the neighbors and support that Earth furnishes our life with: for immunity, for grace, for strength to continue reaching tall.
We must honor the support and buoyancy of our forests by keeping connected and present with the trees.
