⚡ STATE CONTROL UNDER PRESSURE ⚡

A child does not learn from what we tell them.

A child learns from the state of being that we embody.

They feel our stress.
They feel our peace.
They feel our presence.
They feel our absence.

That is why these challenges are not really about squats, push-ups, or physical endurance.

They are opportunities to observe ourselves.

What happens within you when discomfort appears?

Does the mind immediately resist the moment?

Does it say,
“This should not be happening.”
“I want this to end.”

Or can you simply breathe?

Can you allow the sensations to be there without turning them into suffering?

Pressure is not the problem.

The resistance to pressure is what creates suffering.

And sometimes the greatest gift we can offer a child is not advice.

It is our presence.

A calm nervous system.
A conscious breath.
A human being who is fully here.

That is what I see in these moments.

Not a challenge to conquer.

A moment to practice presence.

A moment to remember that life is always happening now.

Sometimes the Relationship Is Not Between Two People…
It’s Between Two Wounded Parts.

Many relationships begin with love.

But if unhealed pain is driving the relationship,
something else quietly takes over.

Often one person becomes the pleaser.

👉 giving
👉 adapting
👉 avoiding conflict
👉 sacrificing their own needs

The other becomes the controller.

👉 criticizing
👉 dominating
👉 correcting
👉 trying to feel safe through control

At first, it can even look like it works.

One chases connection.
The other chases certainty.

One gives more.
The other takes more.

But eventually both reach their limit.

The pleaser gets tired of giving.

After enough disappointment,
they shut down,
become critical,
angry,
or emotionally unavailable.

And the controller also reaches a threshold.

Underneath the dominance,
there is often fear,
sadness,
guilt,
and pain.

So they switch too.

And suddenly both people are reacting from pain instead of love.

This is why many couples repeat the same argument for years.

The topic changes.

The pain stays the same.

As Eckhart Tolle would describe it,
the pain body starts feeding itself.

Drama creates more drama.
Pain creates more pain.
Reaction creates more reaction.

And eventually the relationship develops its own emotional cycle.

Not because people don’t love each other.

👉 Because their wounds are leading the relationship.

In Tony Robbins’ model, this often looks like first-level love:

👉 Me.
👉 My needs.
👉 My pain.
👉 My certainty.
👉 My significance.

Everything becomes filtered through survival.

And when two people operate from survival long enough,
love gets buried underneath fear.

Healing begins when both people become aware of the pattern.

Because you cannot heal what you refuse to see.

And the moment awareness enters,
a new possibility appears:

👉 less blame
👉 more understanding
👉 less control
👉 more connection

That is where real love begins growing again.

🥕❤️When Your 16-Month-Old Feeds You a Carrot Like a Tiny Boss 😂

There’s something deeply beautiful about simple moments.

No expensive toys.
No perfect setup.
No “big event.”

Just me and Keanu in the moment.

He’s sitting there with his tiny little hands,
4 teeth,
serious business face…
biting a raw carrot like a champion 🥕😂

And then suddenly —
he puts it in my mouth first.

Like:
👉 “Dad, eat.”
👉 “I got you.”
👉 “This is OUR carrot.”

And honestly…
that moment hit my heart.

Because children naturally share love through presence.

Not through words.
Not through perfect communication.

Through energy.
Attention.
Connection.
Tiny gestures.

And the funny part?
He’s so gentle…
and so bossy at the same time 😅

Like a tiny CEO of carrot distribution.

I kiss him,
thank him,
and ask:
👉 “Who’s feeding who here?” 😂

But moments like this remind me what conscious parenting really is.

Not perfection.
Not control.

👉 Presence.

Kids feel EVERYTHING.

They feel:
👉 nervous system safety
👉 connection
👉 emotional openness
👉 joy
👉 tension
👉 love

And maybe one of the most powerful things we can give them
is simple regulated presence.

Also…
can we appreciate that this little man genuinely LOVES raw carrots? 🥕😄

Healthy food,
connection,
laughter,
presence —
all happening naturally in one tiny moment.

And honestly…
these moments feel bigger than anything else.

💔What If Behind Every Attack…
There Is Pain No One Healed?

Sometimes people attack,
criticize,
manipulate,
control,
or destroy…

not because they are “evil,”
but because something inside them is suffering.

And the hardest part is:
👉 if we never learn to see pain,
we only react to behavior.

In real life.
On social media.
In relationships.
In families.
In groups of people.

We react to words,
tone,
actions,
opinions…

but rarely ask:
👉 “What pain is behind this?”

This doesn’t mean accepting abuse.
Or allowing destruction.

It means understanding something deeper about human behavior.

As Eckhart Tolle describes it,
the pain body wants to feed itself.

And if people never become conscious of it,
they continue operating from it every day.

Pain seeks more pain.
Fear creates more fear.
Unhealed suffering spreads itself to others.

That’s why so many people unconsciously destroy:
👉 relationships
👉 health
👉 opportunities
👉 families
👉 even their own future

Not because they truly want suffering…
but because suffering became familiar.

And this is where compassion begins.

Not from pretending pain doesn’t exist.

👉 But from seeing it clearly.

First inside ourselves.

Because if we never face our own pain,
we will judge everyone else’s.

Like Tony Robbins says:
👉 “Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.”

Pain is part of life.
Loss is part of life.
Challenges are part of life.

But when pain becomes identity,
people stay trapped in cycles that hurt themselves and others.

Healing begins with awareness.

And awareness changes how we see people,
how we react,
and how we lead.

The muscles are still working.
The lungs still got air.
