Classes starting in January!
Tuesdays at 2pm central Zoom
Thursday at 8:45am central INPERSON
Makes sure to note if you are scheduling for a zoom classe or inperson. Thank you ladies!
Beginners welcome, these won't be high intensity- perfect for those of us gently getting back into the swing of things😉
➡️Small warm up with stretching and scripture!
Classes between 30-45minutes long
$5 per class in Jan! After January will be $8 per class with a bundle of 8 classes together at a discount (bringing the price to $5 each)
For those in the local area if you are interested in physically meeting for class let me know, especially this spring when weather isn't as questionable!
