Farmington Health Services dba Trinity Campus We are a non-profit organization and a top rated community. Farmington Health Services, also known as Trinity, has it's origins in Farmington MN since the 60's.

Farmington Health Services (Trinity Campus) offers services for seniors including skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, memory care, assisted living and independent living. We've grown considerably since its opening. Trinity is a senior campus that provides services to those that need Long Term Care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. We also provide short term rehabilitation

through Big Stone Therapies. BST provides both internal and outpatient rehab services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy. Trinity Terrace is our Independent or Assisted Living Facility. Newly opened in 2012 is Trinity Suites, our specialized Memory Care Home. Trinity Campus is looking for a volunteer who has a CDL license to volunteer to drive our assisted living residents to activities and places they are interested in going! Cub, HyVee, Target, maybe a Twins game, etc.

This is a new opportunity for us and some planning is still needed! We don’t have all the details figured out yet, but hopefully will soon!

We would take any time commitment our volunteers would be willing to give towards this. Specific days and times can be scheduled and adjusted.

The past couple of years has been a blast- residents love this and you should be a part of the performances or the crowd!

*Twinkies or Nutty Buddy bars
*Soft chocolates- Hersheys and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
*Individual bags of chips
*Cans of Diet Coke, Root Beer, Sprite, any kind of canned pop!
*2 liter bottles of root beer- we offer weekly root beer floats- a crowd pleaser!
