This week, we’re getting to know Brooke, our Treatment Coordinator at Valor Wellness in Farmington.

Brooke is often one of the first friendly faces clients connect with at Valor. She loves helping people feel comfortable, confident, and supported as they find the treatments that fit their personal wellness goals.

One wellness tip Brooke always stands by is that mental health and physical health go hand in hand. She believes caring for your mind and body together is an important part of feeling your best long term.
