We love an adjustment… but we love even more when you understand what’s actually happening, why we’re doing it, and how your body works.

From dizzy ➡️ “I haven’t been dizzy.” 🙌

This patient came to us dealing with dizziness along with several other symptoms that were affecting her day-to-day life.

After just TWO adjustments, she reported that she hasn’t experienced any dizziness, and some of her other symptoms are already improving too! 👏

Every patient and every situation is different, but hearing an update like that never gets old.

Sometimes the biggest win is simply realizing, “Hey… that hasn’t happened lately.”

Try all 3:
☑️ Hold a deep squat for 10 seconds
☑️ Raise your arms overhead without your ribs flaring
☑️ Look comfortably over both shoulders

Easy? Awesome. One harder than the others? That’s worth paying attention to.
