"I never set out to heal others, but to heal myself.
What began as an attempt to save my own life became a journey of remembering. I was searching for a reason to keep going and to find my way back to myself.
That search led me across the world. I traveled to the healing vortexes of Sedona, completed a darkness retreat in Guatemala, participated in traditional ayahuasca ceremonies in Costa Rica, and learned from plant medicine shamans in Ecuador. I also devoted myself to studying Reiki, sound healing, somatic work, and shamanic practices.
These experiences taught me that healing is about remembering who we are beneath the conditioning, wounds, and stories we carry.
Today, I offer a compassionate, grounded, and heart-centered space for those searching for peace, purpose, and a way back home."
