Last week we celebrated one year in our first clinic. This photo is a picture of our team who helped open that clinic a year ago.

Since we opened, several of these beautiful and talented women have been promoted into administrative positions and an even larger number of them joined our clinical fellowship program to prepare to become BCBAs.

We now have a staff of more than 70 people, with almost HALF of them in BCBA programs (with many young men contributing to that number.)

Since the beginning, we have been committed to not only providing our families with quality therapy that prioritizes flexibility and clinical integrity over billable hours, but also creating opportunity for passionate clinicians to work toward their career goals. Weā€™ve learned that not only can both of these goals can be realized simultaneously, they each make the other more possible.

We could not be prouder of the team weā€™ve built and the career goals theyā€™ve met in just one year. Hereā€™s to year two, and the incredible growth of the people who make BlueAsh Behavior what it is today. šŸŽ‰

Earlier this week we proudly celebrated our clinicā€™s one year anniversary! Over the past year, weā€™ve had the privilege of serving amazing families, supporting meaningful progress, and building lasting relationships within our community.

This milestone would not have been possible without our dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians, whose compassion, commitment, and clinical excellence make a difference in the lives of our clients every single day. We are incredibly grateful for the heart they bring to our mission.

Congratulations to our very own Amarachi Amanze on passing her BCBA exam!! Amarachi becomes the very first RBT in BlueAsh history to achieve this milestone šŸ„³.

With an extensive background in comprehensive clinical practice, words can not describe how truly thankful we are to have her on our team! Amarachi we are extremely proud of you on this amazing accomplishment and thank you for all of the love, knowledge, and overall care you bring not only to our company, but to our field as well šŸ©µ.
