When we look at how other societies nourish their children, it becomes clear: policies are not neutral. They reflect what we truly value.
We can’t say we care about kids and remain passive. This isn’t just about individual choices, it’s about collective responsibility.

The Real Life Center's December Mobile Food Pantry is scheduled for Thursday, December 18th. Please advise people to arrive before 10AM for check in or to register. A light breakfast will be served between 8AM and 10AM.

In my kitchen, I teach people how to nourish their bodies. In this week’s column, I share a story about what it feels like when nourishment is scarce.
And on this Thanksgiving, I’m thinking of everyone carrying hunger, in their stomachs, in their memories, or in the fear of not having enough.
