We’ve been throwing down for Nurses’ Week all week long! Actually, we celebrate nurses ALL YEAR long at Eras because we’re proudly a Nurse-practitioner-led practice.

Nurses are the backbone of the entire healthcare industry. Without them, we wouldn’t have people-centric care that looks at the whole person.

Nurses have been tasked with some of the most challenging work on the planet and they deserve so much more than a pizza party.

Treat your nurses well, know they’re working tirelessly to help you, and give your nurses some love 🫶🏼💗

The women’s health space is noisy. And honestly? A lot of it is designed to take advantage of you.

Bad actors. Overpriced and unnecessary “wellness” programs and services. Influencers pushing supplements with zero evidence.

Hormone hacks that sound compelling but aren’t backed by science. $300 consults and add-on labs that leave you feeling spent with more questions.

Women deserve better than that.

At Eras, we do things differently — not concierge pricing, not aesthetics, not trends. Just board-certified providers delivering the most current, evidence-based care focused entirely on you and your era.

And yes, we take health insurance because women deserve coverage for women’s care.

We’re here to raise the standard. Not cash in on it.

🌿 Summer Yoga Workshop Series | Movement. Breath. Intention.

This summer, Eras Women’s Health is hosting a 3-month yoga workshop series with Morgan Scholz — and we’d love for you to join us.

The first Saturday of each month, we’re carving out 1.5 hours just for you.

📅 May 2nd | June 6th | July 11th 🕐 1.5 hours each | $30 per workshop.

Each workshop focuses on a different area of the body with a whole-self approach—weaving together movement, breathwork, journaling, and meditation to help you arrive fully present and leave with something to carry into your month.

No woo-woo required. No experience needed. Just you, your body, and an intention for the month ahead. 🌸

✨ Workshops can be signed up for individually — attend one, two, or all three. Each stands on its own.

🔗 Register at the link in bio. Note: This is a small group class that will fill up quickly so don’t wait!

We’ve been sitting on a big announcement and it’s finally here…

We are overjoyed to announce that Sarah Highfill, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, has joined our team at Eras Women’s Health.

Sarah is a board-certified family nurse provider with deep specialty in women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause care.

Through navigating her own midlife health challenges as a woman, she’s experienced firsthand how frustrating it can be when healthcare providers don’t have time to really listen.

Throughout her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she’s watched women leave appointments with more questions than answers—whether women in midlife dealing with difficult symptoms and changes, young women learning about their health choices, or recovering moms who felt rushed and unheard.

“My personal health journey has made her even more passionate about giving women the care I wish I had received. At Eras, I finally have the time to practice the way I’ve always wanted to—sitting with women, really listening to their concerns, and making sure they feel confident and supported in their health decisions.”

Join me in welcoming Sarah to our team. *She’s currently accepting new patients*. 💜

She was told it was “just stress.”
“Normal for women.”

So she kept searching.
Googling. Advocating. Wondering if anyone would actually listen.

Women navigating:
thyroid disease Heavy bleeding. heartdisease. anxiety. depression.

Often dismissed.
Often undiagnosed.
Often doing it alone.

At Eras Women’s Health, care looks different.

When something feels off —
we believe you. Full stop.

We ask more questions.
We connect the dots.
We hold space for the complex, in-between journeys that don’t fit in a box.

Because women’s health isn’t simple —
and your care shouldn’t be either.

✨ Longevity shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be the standard when we tune into women’s bodies, prioritize prevention, and build relationships in healthcare.

If something feels off, it’s worth exploring. 🤍
