Hey beautiful people! 🖤 NVUS Performance & Recovery here with a quick but important update.

We love serving you and we love what we do — and in order to keep showing up at the level you deserve, we have to make a small change to how we handle bookings.

Starting now, a 50% deposit will be required 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to hold your spot. If the deposit isn't received by then, the appointment slot will be released to give other clients on our waitlist the chance to be seen.

We know life happens, and we're not trying to be rigid for no reason. But as we've grown, we've had to put structure in place to protect our time, our staff, and the quality of care we give every single client. This policy helps us do that.

We appreciate you, we appreciate your trust in NVUS, and we're looking forward to continuing to pour into you. 💪🏽

2nd year as an adjunct professor for thee Winthrop University 🦅🦅 went a lil something like this!!!!!!!! 🫡🫡

My Miyagi was so impressed that she’s trying to convince me to go get my doctorate degree so she can pass the mantle when she’s ready to retire!!!!

I don’t know how i feel about getting another degree but i absolutely love teaching and i have a special way of breaking things down so students can better understand!!!

Okaaaay had to push the date back but finally got the green light!!!! It’s going down Monday 6/15/26 at St Paul’s Training Facility!!!

My brother Coach D'Andre Ellis and I will be putting on an Athletic Development Experience….Not another summer camp!!!
