Saturday was another fun yoga class! 🧘‍♀️💕

The girls learned a new Sun Salutation and did such a great job! We also used blocks with some of our poses, which was a fun way to challenge ourselves and try something new.

I love watching the girls learn and grow through yoga. It’s such a great way for kids to slow down, connect with their breath, and become more aware of their minds and bodies. ❤️

🧘‍♀️✨ Today we practiced stillness by holding our poses and connecting our minds to our bodies and breath. 🌿

Sometimes our bodies need to move, and sometimes they need to be still. In those quiet moments, we can slow down, listen inward, and notice what our body and breath are telling us.

These girls did an amazing job finding their stillness and staying present! 💕🌸

We had so much fun this past weekend during our Yoga for Kids class we are doing it again this Saturday! Yoga class is a great opportunity for kids to learn balance, confidence, mindfulness, and so much more!
