You’re taking your thyroid medication. Your TSH might even be “normal.”

So WHY are you still exhausted, freezing, foggy and shedding more hair than usual?

Because your thyroid doesn’t work in isolation. 👏

Iron is one of the nutrients your body needs to support thyroid hormone production and function. And when iron stores are low, you may notice symptoms that feel VERY similar to hypothyroidism:

→ You sleep all night but still wake up exhausted
→ You’re freezing when everyone else is comfortable
→ Your brain feels foggy and your focus is gone
→ Your hair seems to be everywhere except your head
→ Your workouts feel harder and your body feels drained

And this is where so many women get stuck.

They assume every symptom means their thyroid medication needs to change…when there may be other pieces of the puzzle that haven’t been looked at yet.

This is why I’m such a big believer in testing instead of guessing.

Imagine knowing what YOUR body needs instead of constantly wondering:

“Why am I still so tired?”
“Why don’t I feel like myself?”
“What am I missing?”

💜 This is exactly the approach I use inside my Thyroid & Hormone Bundle.

We look deeper with functional testing and personalized support so we can better understand what may be contributing to your thyroid, hormone, energy and weight struggles and create a plan based on YOUR body.

You don’t need another random supplement or diet.

You need better information.

This is how you will get excited again to walk into your closet because everything fits again and you can ditch the caffeine since you have energy all day.

If you’re trying to support your thyroid, what you put ON your body and use around your home matters too. 👇

And no, you do NOT need to throw everything away overnight or live in a toxin-free bubble. 😂

I started by slowly swapping out products I was already using for cleaner options.

A few of my personal favorites:

✨ OSEA for skincare + body care
✨ Branch Basics for household cleaning
✨ Each & Every for deodorant
✨ Caraway for non-toxic cookware
✨ Formless Beauty for makeup

Small swaps over time can help reduce your overall exposure without making healthy living feel overwhelming.

And because I’m constantly asked what products I actually use and recommend, I put ALL of my favorites in one place.

From beauty and skincare → cleaning products → cookware → personal care → and more.

🎁 Consider it your toxin-free, thyroid-friendly wish list.

Comment TOXIN and I’ll send you my FREE Thyroid-Friendly Toxin-Free Guide with all of my favorite swaps and discount codes. 👇

For YEARS, I thought having hypothyroidism meant I only needed to focus on my thyroid.

Medication. Eating “clean.” Exercising more.

Meanwhile, I was still exhausted, puffy, foggy, and watching my clothes get tighter.

What I eventually learned? My thyroid was only ONE piece of the puzzle.

Minerals. Cortisol. Hormones. Gut health. Inflammation. How my body was processing and clearing hormones…they all mattered too.

And once I stopped guessing and started looking deeper, my symptoms finally started making sense.

💜 That’s exactly why I created my NEW Thyroid & Hormone Bundle.

We use functional testing + personalized support to look beyond your thyroid and uncover what YOUR body may actually need.

No more throwing random diets and supplements at your symptoms.

Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism are related… but they’re NOT the same thing. 👇

And understanding the difference matters when you’re trying to figure out why you still don’t feel like yourself.

Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition where the immune system attacks the thyroid. Over time, that damage can lead to hypothyroidism but Hashimoto’s isn’t the only cause of an underactive thyroid.

Here’s where so many women get stuck:

They get diagnosed.
They start medication.
Their TSH comes back “normal.”

Yet they’re STILL exhausted, gaining weight, dealing with brain fog, feeling puffy and wondering…

“Why don’t I feel better?”

Because your diagnosis is only ONE piece of the puzzle.

We may also need to look at thyroid hormone conversion, minerals + nutrients, cortisol + stress, gut health + inflammation, s*x hormones and more.

The goal isn’t simply getting your TSH into range.

It’s waking up with energy that lasts all day, feeling comfortable in your clothes again and never crying again when you look in the mirror because you feel pudfy, thinking clearly and finally understanding what YOUR body needs.

And that’s exactly why I created my new Thyroid & Hormone Bundle. 💜

It’s my shorter hybrid option for women who want advanced testing + personalized guidance without committing to my full 6-month program.

Apparently thyroid lab panels are my love language. 😂🩸

But if you’ve ever been told your thyroid labs are “normal” while you’re still exhausted, gaining weight, dealing with brain fog, or wondering why you don’t feel like yourself…you’ll understand why I get excited about THIS.

Because TSH alone doesn’t tell the whole story.

When I’m looking deeper, I want to see things like Free T3, Free T4, Reverse T3, and thyroid antibodies….not just one number on a lab report.

I know how frustrating it is to be doing everything “right” and still feel like something is being missed.

That’s exactly why I created my Secret To Reading Your Thyroid Blood Test Guide so you know which labs to ask about and can walk into your next appointment feeling more informed and prepared.

🩸 Comment SECRET and I’ll send you the FREE guide.
