Best way to start

If you need to get a better core brace or learn how to do that…..here’s how!

Lie on your back

Bend your knees

Take a deep breath it and push all the air down into your belly

Make that as firm as you can

& while holding that…flatten your low back into the ground

Boom! You’re braced

If that fixed you, great.

Otherwise, I’ll see you at my core bracing workshop

Most people do it wrong

They squeeze their abs

They tighten up like they’re getting punched

They pull their belly on

It’s all wrong.

They’re not actively expanding 360deg and creating tons of IAP

If you have been told any of those ways above, or want to learn how to properly brace your core……

Your back doesn’t “randomly tighten up” when you touch a barbell.

It’s reacting to something that hasn’t been addressed yet.

Most people in your position have already tried stretching more, taking time off, or getting quick adjustments that feel good for a day or two.

But the second you load a bar again, the same tightness shows up and kills your confidence.

That’s not bad luck.

That’s an unsolved problem.

If you’ve been told you just need to “live with it” or avoid lifting, I get why you’re skeptical about trying something new.

You don’t want to waste more time or money on another thing that doesn’t last.

What actually works is figuring out why your back is overworking in the first place, then rebuilding how you move and load so your body stops protecting itself.

That’s how you go from bracing for pain every set to lifting with confidence again.

You were told a disc herniation means surgery or endless adjustments.

So now you feel stuck choosing between two bad options.

One is invasive.

The other keeps you coming back forever.
But neither actually fixes the reason it happened.

A disc herniation is not the real problem.
It is the result of how your body is moving and handling load.

If you fix that, you stop chasing pain.
You build strength, move better, and get back to your life without relying on constant treatment.

You do not need more temporary relief.
You need a real solution.

Click the link in bio if you are ready for that.

You’ve stretched, rested, got adjusted, done clamshells but the pain comes back

That’s not random

That’s something being missed

If you only chase pain, you’re going to be stuck in the same cycle over and over

You need to dig deeper

Find the root cause

That’s how you get back to training and living without constantly thinking about your back

If your low back feels tight, foam rolling can feel like the obvious answer.

And to be fair, it can help you feel a little looser right away.

That’s why so many people keep going back to it.

But here’s the part most people don’t realize.

Tightness is often your body protecting something, not something that needs to be smashed out.

So if you only roll and never fix the reason it feels tight, the relief never lasts.

That’s why your back keeps “tightening up” again later that day or the next morning.

Foam rolling isn’t bad.

It’s just not the solution.

Use it to feel better in the moment.

But if you actually want your back to stop flaring up, you need to address how it moves and how it handles load.

That’s where real change happens.

Less tension.

Less pain.

More confidence doing the things you’ve been avoiding.

If you’re tired of temporary fixes and want something that actually lasts, we can help.

You’ve been told your low back pain is “non specific” so it feels like no one actually knows what’s wrong.

So you wait.

You rest.

You hope it just goes away.

But weeks turn into months and nothing really changes.

Here’s what most people miss.

“Non specific” doesn’t mean there’s no cause.

It means no one has taken the time to actually find it.

Research keeps showing that vague diagnoses lead to vague treatment and predictable results.

Temporary relief at best.

Frustration at worst.

Your back isn’t random.

It’s reacting to how you move, how you load it, and what it’s been through.

When you finally address the root cause, things start to make sense again.

Pain decreases.

Strength builds.

Confidence comes back.

You stop guessing and start progressing.

If you’re tired of being stuck with a label instead of a solution, it’s time to do something different.

Pain isn’t aging — it’s feedback.

Ignoring it doesn’t make you tough…
it just makes the message louder.

If pain were simply “getting older,”
everyone would hurt the same way
at the same age.

But they don’t.

Because pain isn’t random.
It’s your body asking for attention—
to your movement, your load, your recovery,
your stress, your sleep,
and the patterns you’ve been stuck in.

Most people ignore it.
Or try to silence it.

But that’s why it keeps coming back.

Aging doesn’t mean shrinking your life.
It means learning how to work with your body.

When you start seeing pain as information—
not a life sentence—
you can actually change what’s driving it.

And that’s when things finally start improving.

We’ll help you figure out what your body is telling you—and what to do next.

Think shin splints mean you need to stop running? Think again.

That advice is exactly why it keeps coming back.

Shin splints usually show up
when your body isn’t ready for the load of running yet.

And rest alone doesn’t fix that.

Because the real issue?
Strength and control.

If your calves aren’t strong enough,
if your feet can’t control impact,
your shins end up taking the hit.

Run after run… it adds up.

The solution isn’t just stopping.
It’s building a body that can actually handle running.

That’s why so many runners come to us after
stretching, icing, or generic PT didn’t work.

If shin splints keep stopping you from getting started, there’s a reason.

👉 Fill out the quick form in our bio to get started.
We’ll help you fix the root problem—and run with confidence.
