“YOGA CARDIO MIX”!
Hybrid HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training) workout with LIIT ( Low Intensity Interval Training) featuring brief yoga warmup with quick bursts intense exercise for short period of time to get your heart up followed by period of active rest to catch your breath and Isometric exercises to work your “core” muscles (not just your abs) in 1:2 work to rest ratio (example 30 seconds to 1 minute). Finish with a short cool-down of yoga stretches. Designed to challenge your body to stabilize itself throughout many axis of movement with optimal body alignment for whatever activity or sport you are engaged in, ignite your fat burning metabolism, strengthen your upper & lower body and prevent back injury or pain. Each workout different designed to keep it interesting, in manageable and modifiable blocks of work without you getting frustrated with the same routine as you increase your lean muscle tone, strength and injury prevention.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Your Body & if you want Yoga Mat!
“YOGA CORE BALL FUSION”–class is a fusion combining cardio/strength/balance/core in a mindful way using a physioball, light dumbbells, your body; working your arms, chest, abs, back, and legs! Full body workout! It will be a 40 minute class with a 5 minute cardio warm-up, 30 minute workout and 5 minute cool-down stretch.

“YOGA BASIC STRETCH & STRENGTHEN” (Yoga On the Ball)
A new approach to yoga using a physio-ball. Learn to stretch and strengthen your core muscles to ensure a healthy back, reverse muscle imbalances, reduce muscle tension, increase one’s mobility, overall strength, balance, and flexibility by using a physioball and your own body weight.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Yoga Mat & Physioball
“YOGA FOR LIFE” * -A relaxed, gentle yoga practice to increase not only one’s flexibility but strength by holding postures for several minutes to stretch the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia); focusing on the hip/pelvis, shoulders/upper back and spine. Designed for those who have thought of trying yoga, a little unsure how to begin, or those recovering or have past injuries and for those looking for a way to renew a past yoga practice. Also an introduction to the basic breathing techniques and classical Hatha Yoga postures to help de-
stress the mind and body.
