We are incredibly excited (and honestly, a little proud!) to share that Kaitlynn has been selected to join the **Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program**! 🎉
“When I started my private practice in 2017, I never imagined it would grow into the group practice it is today. What began as one therapist with a vision has evolved into a team, a community, and a business that allows us to create meaningful access to mental health care for so many people.
Joining 10,000 Small Businesses feels like such a meaningful milestone in that journey. I’m looking forward to learning alongside other small business owners, strengthening my leadership skills, thinking strategically about the future of Inspired Healing, and bringing new ideas back to our team.
Building a business while staying deeply connected to *why* you started it isn’t always easy. There have been plenty of challenges, lessons, pivots, and moments of wondering, “What am I doing?!” 😂
But there have also been so many moments that remind me how incredibly worthwhile this journey is.
