After years of waiting for the right person to join our injector team… we finally found her!

Meet Ava, our newest Nurse Injector at TAM.

While experience is always a plus, what mattered most to us was finding someone who truly fits our team, connects naturally with our patients, and understands the culture we’ve worked so hard to create. Skills can be taught and techniques can be refined, but you can’t teach personality. We got lucky with Ava because she brings all of that plus 3 years of injecting experience!

And apparently, persistence pays off, Ava actually applied to join our team once before. The timing wasn’t right then, but this time, it was.

Even with her experience, Ava will spend the next several months training alongside our team and learning our approach, our philosophy, and our method before opening her own books.

And when she does? Adding another injector will mean more availability, more appointment options, and hopefully a whole lot less of our current 2-month waitlist.

We’re so excited for you to meet her!

The truth is, I’m not always easy to be married to. I dream big. I work a lot. I care deeply. I have impossibly high standards for myself, for the business, and for the life we’re building.

You’ve never asked me to be smaller so you could feel bigger. You’ve never made me choose between being ambitious and being a wife. You simply grabbed my hand and said, “What’s next?”

You’ve believed in me since this was just an idea, celebrated every win like it was your own, and carried me through the hard seasons when life demanded more than either of us expected.

I always hear people describe first daughters as calm, careful, and easy. And there is you.

You came into this world with the biggest personality, the wildest spirit, and a spark that could never be contained. Life with you has been loud, chaotic, hilarious, and so incredibly full. While some may call you “a lot,” I hope you never become anything less.

I already know that your fearlessness is going to become confidence, your curiosity will become wisdom, and your outgoingness will take you places I can’t even imagine.

Thank you for making me your mom. I never could have dreamed of a daughter like you, and now I can’t imagine anyone else. Happy 3rd birthday to my favorite little force of nature. I hope you had the best Birthday party a dino loving girl could ask for.

Before we inject, we assess your facial anatomy. This includes your orbital bone and orbital roll!

In some patients, treating the orbital roll with Botox can create a softer, more open appearance while maintaining natural movement.
