I am a licensed commissioned holistic therapist*, a Christian Ordained Minister in the Native American Indigenous Church & SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies® teacher & professional practitioner. As someone who has survived various forms of abuse, physical injuries, addictions & more throughout my lifetime I had loads of trauma to work through. As I type this today on 5/2/2024 I am 8 active

years into my holistic lifestyle & career. It is by the grace of God that I am here today living a healthy life of love with the man I love in our blessed family. Many people over many years tried to pull me back down into toxic lifestyle choices & codependent living. It is my calling to have your back & help you learn to advocate for yourself & your family and be an active participant in your healthy life. I am happy to work with you on hosting a speaking event, teaching workshop, mobile private & public services & more. Just some of my offerings:

Today marks 30 days since we officially stepped into ownership of Le Techniques Salon & Med Spa and GymShe, and what an amazing month it has been.

To say we are grateful would be an understatement.

Over the last 30 days, we’ve been welcomed with open arms by this community. You’ve trusted us with your hair, your wellness, your fitness journeys, your self-care, and your friendships. You’ve shown up for classes, booked appointments, shopped local, referred your friends, shared our posts, offered encouragement, and supported our dream in ways we could never fully express.

We’ve celebrated victories, learned lessons, solved unexpected challenges, welcomed new team members, and worked countless hours to build something special for the women and families we serve. Through it all, your support has reminded us exactly why we took this leap of faith.

To our incredible staff: thank you for your hard work, dedication, and belief in our vision.
