Disability Resource Association, Inc. DRA's mission is personal empowerment for individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those in need, Disability Resource Association, Inc. Louis City and St.

(DRA) is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1996. DRA serves individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those in need in Jefferson County and its surrounding counties (including St. Louis County). DRA has over 20 programs that help individuals live with health and dignity in their own homes. DRA has served over 18,000 seniors and individuals with a all types of disabilities (developmental, cognitive, physical).

Society is hosting a Tech Day at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. It's an opportunity for our Jefferson County clients to get a hands on look with various low vision devices. We will demonstrate the Ray-Ban Meta glasses, the OrCam, portable electronic magnifiers and more! Join us in the first floor classroom.

Proposition S is a non-partisan property tax levy proposal that will be on the November 2026 ballot, asking St. Louis County voters to establish a senior citizens' services fund. The proposed levy rate is a property tax of 5 cents per $100 of assessed property. If approved, the levy would generate about $15 million to fund community-based services, including things like transportation, home repair, and other supports that can help older adults remain healthy, safe, and independent.
